利福平滴耳剂的制备与临床应用

Preparation and clinical application of rifampicin ear drops

本文对利福平滴耳剂的处方、制备方法、质量控制进行了探讨,并观察了75例(88耳)慢性单纯型化脓性中耳炎患者的用药效果。结果:治愈率为63.6％,有效率为100％。

The formula(rifampicin 1.0g, alcohol 780ml, distilled water to 1000 ml),method of preparation, and quality control of rifampicin ear drops were described. 75 patients(88 ears)of chronic simple suppurative tympanitis received rifampicin ear drops. The results showed that the cure rate was 63.6%, the clinical total effective rate was 100%.
