In consideration of multi-symplectic Hamiltonian formulation for the nonlinear IMBq equation, by eliminating intermediate variables, the author gets a new scheme which is equivalent to the multi-symplectic Preissman integrator. Scheme subjects to conservation laws of multic-symplecticity, local energy and local momentum. Finally, its effectiveness is verified by numerical example.
