A Study on the Nutrient Limited Factors on Growth Potential of Microcystis in the Shanzi Reservoir

从发生富营养化的福建省山仔水库分离出优势浮游植物微囊藻SZ200307,进行营养盐增长潜力试验.探讨氮浓度、磷浓度及氮磷比对微囊藻SZ200307增长的影响,判断磷是其增长的主要限制性营养盐因子.

This paper studied the growth potential of microcystis SZ2003007 separated from the Shanzi reservoir in Fujian province. It analyzed the influence of nitrogen, phosphorus and the value of nitrogen/phosphorus on the growth of Microcystis SZ200307 and found out that the limited nutritions factor of this reservoir is phosphorus, which will help to offer some references for revealing the mechanism of algae bloom of this reservir.
