废弃物与煤混合气化产气特性的试验研究

摘要 采用气化焚烧炉对典型城市固体废弃物与煤的混合物料进行气化试验,气化介质分别为空气、氧气及水蒸气。研究了物料、气化温度、气化剂及气化剂流量等对气化产气特性的影响,结果表明,当物料含可燃质高时,产气品位好;空气作气化剂时产气的热值低于氧气作气化剂时的产气热值;当气化剂为氧气时,加入适量的水蒸气可提高产气品位;气化剂的流量发生变化时,气化产气成分相应改变;气化温度升高后,产气中燃气含量有所增加。 Gasification test of classic municipal solid waste(MSW) and coal mixture has been carried out by using gasifying incinerator,gasifying media are air,oxygen,and steam respectively.The influence of materials,gasifying temperoture,as well as gasifying agent and its flow rate,upon properties of produced gas has been studied and analysed.Results show that the quality of produced gas to be good in the case of high combustible content in the material;the calorific value of produced gas at the time of using air as gasifying agent to be lower than that of using oxygen as gasifying agent;at the time of using oxygen as gasifying agent,the quality of produced gas can be enhanced by adding suitable amount of steam;when the flow rate of gasifying agent is varied,the composition of produced gas from gasification will correspondingly varied.After raising of gasification temperature,the combustible content in produced gas has increased to some extent.
