摘要
分析了某电厂1025 t/h锅炉在基建调试加氧吹管中发生灼烫事故的原因,认为其主要是吹管加氧系统临时管路中的油脂,在高温下与高压纯氧接触发生爆燃所致。对此,通过采取对临时加氧系统进行脱脂处理以及蒸汽吹扫等技术措施,使问题得以解决。
The causes leading to a burning accident occurred in blowing pipe for adding oxygen in construction debugging of a 1025 t/h boiler has been analysed.It is believed that the main cause was the grease existing in the temporary pipeline of oxygen adding system for the said blowing pipe.The knocking combustion of said grease was due to contact with highly pressurized oxygen under high temperature.For this reason,through technical measures,such as degreasing treatment and steam purging etc.,applied to the temporary oxygen adding system,the said problem has been solved.
