摘要
通过对蒸汽吹灰器、水力吹灰器、燃气脉冲吹灰器在德州电厂6号炉应用结果的分析比较,指出大型燃煤锅炉应根据不同受热面的积灰特点及清灰需要,有针对性的选择吹灰器类型。德州电厂在锅炉吹灰器选型上的经验,值得新建燃煤机组借鉴。
Through analysis and comparison of formation mechanisms for slagging and fouling on heating surfaces of coalfired boilers,as well as experiences of applying steam sootblowers,hydraulic sootblowers,and fuelgas pulsating sootblowers on boiler no.6 in Dezhou Power Plant,it has pointed out that the selected type of sootblowers should be directed against the fouling property and soot cleaning requirements of different heating surfaces in the largescale coalfired boiler.The experiences of selecting types for boiler's sootblowers in Dezhou Power Plant are worth to use for reference to newly constructed coalfired units.
