摘要
鹤岗发电有限公司2号汽轮发电机组大修后额定转速下低压转子和励磁机转子轴振超标,分析振动数据发现,低压转子存在二阶质量不平衡及发电机励磁机联轴器质量不平衡。通过对低压转子及发电机励磁机联轴器进行现场高速动平衡,使低压转子及励磁机转子轴振降低至76μm以下,振动达到良好水平。
The shaft vibration of low pressure(LP) rotor and exciter rotor on turbinegenerator set no.2 in Huaneng Hegang PowerGeneration Company had surpassed stanadard level under operation condition of rated revolution after major repair,it has been found from vibration data analysis that the secondary derivative mass imbalance to be existed on LP rotor and mass imbalance to be existed on coupling between generator and exciter.Through dynamic balancing of LP rotor and of coupling between generator and excitor in the field,the shaft vibration of LP rotor and excitor rotor to be reduced to under 76μm,making the said vibration to reach a satisfactory level.
