切削温度快速标定装置及标定精度

摘要 为了真实地模拟切削过程,提高切削温度的标定速度和精度,并使标定的操作简单快捷,研制了一种切削温度的快速高精度标定装置新结构。通过标定试验证明,只要选择热阻较大的硬质合金刀片结构、电阻值较大的碳硅棒电极和尽量大的加热电流就可使冷端温升减小,提高标定精度。 In order to simulate accurately the cutting process and improve the calibration speed and accuracy, a new high-accuracy calibration equipment of cutting temperature is developed. In the study, cahbration tests are carried out. The results show that the temperature increment of cold end will decrease and the calibration accuracy will be improved as long as inserts with large heat resistance, when SiC electrode with large electrical resistance and larger calefaction current is used.
