摘要
从合金基体材料、涂层两方面对高精切削加工中应用广泛的CVD涂层硬质合金刀具质量的主要影响因素进行了分析,为从制备工艺上更好地提高涂层刀具的质量,充分发挥刀具的最佳综合使用性能提供了借鉴。
The main factors affect the quality of carbide tool with CVD coating are discussed from alloy＇s foundation material and coating to promote the manufacturing quality and exert the best application property of cutting tool.
