To solve the cutter broken and improve product quality during machining valve guide hole, the domestic carbide gun-reamer is introduced to take place of MAPAL gun-boring. The profile cutter is replaced by the cutter with three equi-spaced inserts to avoid the vibration in the valve seat machining.
