摘要
考察了混合溶剂(Methanol-H2O-Hexane)浸提油茶籽油的浸出工艺,得出最佳操作条件为:粉碎脱壳油茶籽至颗粒过40目筛子为宜,浸提时间15 min,浸提温度为50℃,6号溶剂与料比为4(V/W),甲醇溶料比4,水料比为0.4时,油茶籽油得率为84.97%,茶皂素得率为86.79%;在得到粗油茶籽油的同时,也得到纯度较高的茶皂素,从而为油茶籽资源的开发提供了一种新的工艺。
Process of oil-tea seed oil extraction by methanol-hexane-water mixture was studied, the best operation condition was: the particle passing through 40-mesh sieve, of extraction time 15 min, ratio of hexane to stuff 4:1( V/ W), ratio of methanol to stuff 4: 1 ( V/ W), ratio of water to stuff 0.4 : 1 ( V/W), extraction temperature 50℃ o Crude tea oil and tea saponin were gained by one step extraction with methanol-hexane-water mixture.
