摘要 以Ca(Ac)2溶液浸渍MgO载体制得负载型钙镁固体碱催化剂,可以用于菜籽油酯交换反应生产生物柴油。催化剂的制备条件为:Ca(Ac)2浓度为22.6%,煅烧温度700℃。该催化剂具有良好的反应活性,常压、65℃、醇油摩尔比12∶1、反应1.5 h,甘油收率大于80%。该催化剂比普通均相碱催化剂有更好的抗酸、抗水性,可以在酸值为2 mgKOH/g或水含量在2%条件下操作。 Supported CaO/MgO solid base catalysts, used in the transesterification of rapeseed oil to produce biodiesel were prepared by impregnating MgO carrier with Ca( Ac)2 solution. The concentration of Ca(Ac)2 solution was 22.6%. The impregnated catalysts were calcined at 700℃. The obtained catalyst showed a high activity. Activity measurements showed that the yield of glycerol was higher than 80% under the conditions of atmospheric pressure, 65℃, molar ratio of methanol to oil 12 : 1 and reaction time 1.5 hours. The results revealed that the CaO/MgO catalyst was more tolerant to free fatty acid and water, which could operates under the conditions of AV 〈 2 mgKOH/g or water content 〈2%.
