摘要
采用索氏和超临界CO2提取了鸦胆子、茶叶籽、樟树籽、乌梅核、橄榄核中的油脂,并用气相色谱法对其脂肪酸组成进行了分析;同时对上述种子的出仁率、出油率进行了测定。为开发和利用这些种子资源提供了一些基础数据。
Fats were extracted from Java Brucea Fruit, tea seed, camphor tree seed, Mume fruit stone, olive stone by Soxhlet extraction and supereritical carbon dioxide extraction, and then GC analyzed the fatty acid compositions. The kernel yield and oil yield of these plant seeds were also determined. The results can provide basic data for developing and utilizing these plant seeds resource.
