摘要
基于ADAMS软件,分别以顶置式凸轮和侧置式凸轮的轮廓线的计算为例,给出了一种由给定气门升程曲线计算凸轮轮廓的方法。通过使用ADAMS的Create Trace Spline功能和增加辅助构件的方法,解决配气凸轮设计中的变摇臂比和高副约束位移等问题;通过建立简化模型,利用ADAMS软件自动生成数学模型,并用其强大的求解器求解,可以快速精确地计算凸轮的轮廓型线。
A method based on ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems)to design and produce an accurate outline of camshaft according to a required valve displacement was illustrated with an overhead camshaft (OHC) design and an offset camshaft design. The method creatively solved many difficult problems in the traditional design, such as varying proportion of the valve rocker and displacement in higher pair constraint, by using “Create Trace Spline”, a function of ADAMS, and adding assistant components. After set up simplified models, Automatic building mathematical models and excellent solver of ADAMS can help calculate an accurate outline of camshaft.
