摘要
利用三维实体造型软件PRO/E建立模型,用FLUENT软件对YZ4108ZLQ柴油机2气门方案和4气门方案的冷却水套进行模拟分析,得出了两者整个冷却水套中的流场,并分析比较两种方案各自的流动特点以及差异,计算结果为指导冷却系统结构改进提供了信息。
In this paper, engine cooling water jacket model is set up by means of three-dimensional entity model software PRO/E. The water flow in the jacket of YZ41OSZLQ diesel engine is simulated with FLUENT software, and flow field, pressure field of two kinds of cooling water jacket are calculated. Results demonstrate the flow characteristics and differences between two kinds of water jackets. The results are useful for the improving structure design of the cooling system.
