摘要
使用势流函数法进行反方法叶型设计,采用了一种非线性优化速度分布的方法分别针对吸、压力面的初始速度分布采用不同的优化手段,可以有效的调节口十型的厚度。并且在设计中可以自由给定攻角、落后角,通过速度分布的优化得到符合工程应用要求的叶型。并依据探索出的速度分布优化准则,设计出了某型压气机第一级静子尖、中、根三个典型截面的叶型。
The potential - stream function inverse method was used in blade profile design, a nonlinear algorithm of velocity distribution optimization, different optimize methods was introduced, according to the difference of suction and pressure surface, this technique can adjust the thickness of blade profile available. The incidence angle and deviation angle can give freely in the process of blade profiledesign; the satisfied blade profile can get through velocity distribution optimization. Three typical section profiles have been designed, tip, middle and hub of the first stage stator, one of a compressor, according to the investigative optimization criterion.
