摘要
作为一种内螺纹加工新技术,振动攻丝技术在小直径、深孔、难加工材料的内螺纹加工方面发挥着不可替代的作用。这里从工艺系统刚度入手,分析研究了振动攻丝与普通攻丝工艺系统刚茺的基本系统,并通过试验验证了振动攻丝的实际工艺效果。
As a kind of new technology of machining internal thread, vibratory tapping plays an important role in machining internal thread that is small diameter, big depth of difficult - to - machining. Form the rigidity of processing system, this paper analyzed and studied the relation of rigidity of processing system between vibratory tapping and common tapping. And by experiment we verified practical processing effect of vibratory tapping.
