摘要
通过对方型铸锭结构和锻造过程的应力应变分析,得出齿轮轴在锻造生产中产生贯通性轴心晶间裂纹的主要原因是源于锻造镦方时对脆弱界面的撕裂及平砧拔长锻制棒材时对缺陷的扩展。因此采用八棱形钢锭锻造齿轮轴,并采取上下V形砧拔长圆坯的方式可以有效地防止轴心晶间裂纹的出现。
Gear axes appears cracks in crystal boundary in forging production. The reasons are found out that the cleavage brittleness is laniated in upset forging and defect is enlarged on the plane anvil forging by analyzing the structure of square steel ingot and forging stress and strain. The octahedron steel ingot and V-anvil forging bar can effectively prevent cracks in crystal boundary.
