摘要
为了优化设计一种可以模拟黄河泥沙分离的螺旋输送器模型,较细致地研究了螺旋的几何形状、作用在颗粒上的力以及模拟设计适应黄河泥沙分离用的卧螺离心机,优化分析了各个作用力对分离颗粒的受力情况,然后通过数值模拟螺旋输送器对液流中颗粒的作用状况,简单地分析了液流在螺旋输送器作用下的主要特征及其建模理论.最终选择椭圆形作为螺旋形状,采用幂函数来模拟螺旋旋转过程.
In order to design optimally a model of screw conveyer which can simulate the separation of silt in Yellow River, the geometry of screw and the forces applied onto the silt particles were investigated in detail, and a horizontal screw centrifuger suitable for silt separation on Yellow River was designed by means of simulation. Then, the kinematics of separated particles under the action of different forces were analyzed, the action of screw conveyer on the particles in the flow was simulated numerically, and the main characteristics of the flow in the screw conveyer and its modeling theory were analyzed roughly, also. The elliptical configuration was taken for the screw and power function was adopted to simulate the rotation process of the screw.
