摘要
针对动静涡旋齿始端由于设计或加工的不当而在工作中出现的齿碰现象,通过动涡旋齿的运动分析,对涡旋齿始端的齿碰现象进行了详细的讨论,确定了最终啮合点的齿碰区域,提出了既可以避免齿碰,又不减少涡旋齿啮合的型线始端设计和加工方法.
Aimed at the phenomenon of interference between the orbiting wrap and fixed one at their initial ends due to improper profile design or manufacture of the wraps, kinematic analysis was conducted for the wraps to discuss this phenomenon of interference in detail. The interference area of last wrap meshing pint was determined. Wrap profile design and manufacture methods were presented, with which not only the wrap interference can be avoided but also the meshing of wrap will be maintained.
