乌药种源苗期性状变异研究 被引量:2

A Study on Variation of Seedling Traits of Lindera aggregata Provenances

摘要 对采自2个省(区)的8个乌药种源的种子进行了苗期试验,结果表明:乌药的发芽率、苗高和生物量等性状在种源间均存在极显著差异,并且这些性状都表现了较高的广义遗传力。乌药苗木从5月下旬开始随着气温的增高,高生长呈直线稳步上升趋势,在10月达到苗高生长的最高峰;11月中旬各种源部分植株根部开始膨大,其中以磐安地区最粗。种源遗传力分析表明种子千粒重和地下部分重量这两个性状的遗传力较高,遗传变异系数也较高,以此为据可以认为以种子千粒重和地下部分重量为主的种源多性状综合选择改良潜力巨大。 The seedling provenance trial of Lindera aggregata containing 8 seedlots collected from 2 provinces (zones) was carried out. The results showed that there were significant differences in field germination, seedling height, biomass and other seedling traits of Lindera aggregata provenaee, and broad heritability of those seedling traits was high. The height growth from the last ten days of May changed with the increasing of temperature and ended in October. The roots of some provenances, especially Pan' an - provenance became thicker after the middle ten days of November. Thousand - grain - weight and the underground weight had high genetic -diversity and variation coefficient among provenances. Based on the results it may be concluded that the potential of improvement for multiple characters was tremendous.
