仔猪不同低蛋白日粮添加赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸的效果研究 被引量:31

A Study on the Effects of Lysine,Methionine,Threonine and Tryptophan Supplements to Different Low Protein Diets on Piglets

摘要 选取100头体重22 kg左右的“杜长大”三元杂交仔猪,随机分为对照组、试验组1、试验组2、试验组3和试验组4,探讨不同低蛋白日粮添加相应的必需氨基酸对仔猪生长性能和养分消化率的影响。对照组饲喂粗蛋白含量为18%的高蛋白日粮;试验组1饲喂粗蛋白含量为16%的低蛋白日粮,只补加赖氨酸;试验组2在试验组1的基础上继续补加蛋氨酸。试验组3饲喂粗蛋白含量为15%的低蛋白日粮,补加赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和苏氨酸;试验组4在试验组3的基础上继续补加色氨酸。结果表明,将日粮粗蛋白含量降低2个和3个百分点,依次补加适量的必需氨基酸,与高蛋白日粮相比,仔猪的日增重和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。5个组干物质的消化率没有产生显著的差异(P>0.05),试验组2、试验组3和试验组4的粗蛋白消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于对照组和试验组1(P<0.05)。 100 piglets( Duroc × Landrace ×Large white) were divided randomly into a control and four trial groups to study the effects of lysine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan supplement to different low protein diets on the performance and nutrient digestibility. The piglets in the control group were fed with high protein diet of 18% protein level;the piglets in Trial 1 and Trial 2 were fed respectively with low protein diet of 16% protein level supplemented with lysine or lysine and methionine; the piglets in Trial 3 and Trial 4 were fed respectively with low protein diet of 15 % protein level supplemented with lysine, methionine and threonine or lysine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan. The results showed that adding lysine and methionine to diet and reducing protein level by 2% and 3%, no significant differences in daily grain and feed conversion efficiency ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; no significant differences were observed in dry matter digestibility ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; crude protein digestibility of Trial 2,3 and 4 was significantly increased compared with that of the control and Trial 1 (P 〈 0.05).
