摘要
依据区域用水结构及水资源需求的空间分布与耕地、城镇人口和农村人口分布的相关关系,参照洛伦茨曲线的构建原理及基尼系数的计算方法,建立了区域水资源空间匹配度模型。运用该模型对辽宁省水资源的空间匹配状况进行了实证。在分析结果的基础上,结合辽宁省的实际情况,提出了优化水资源空间匹配度的具体对策。最后,就该模型的进一步应用与完善进行了讨论。
Based on the structure of regional water use and the spatially distributing correlation between arable land, town population, rural population and the demand of regional water resource, the model was built according to the principle of Lorenz curve and the calculation method for Gini coefficient. This model could be used to compute quantificational regional spatial matching degree of water resource. A demonstration is applied to Liaoning Province, And then considering Liaoning Province's own conditions, some countermeasures that help to increase its spatial matching degree of water resource are offered. At last, the discussion is carded out about further application and improvement of the model.
