摘要
研究了进气预混甲醇柴油汽车的经济性性能和加速性能,并开发了控制甲醇喷射的电控装置。试验结果表明,利用进气管喷射甲醇与空气形成均匀的预混合气,在气缸内由柴油引燃的方法,能使甲醇对柴油的替代率达到35.1%,经济性有所改善,而汽车的加速性能有较显著地提高。这种方法在一定程度上能缓解柴油汽车对石油资源的消耗。
By pre-mixed methanol through intake manifold on a diesel engine car, the fuel economical performance and acceleration performance are researched, and an electronic control system is developed to control the injecting quantity of pre-mixed methanol. The experimental results show that methanol can replace 35.1% diesel by injecting methanol into intake manifold to form even mixture of methanol and air so as to be fired by diesel in cylinders, and the acceleration capability of the car increases obviously and fuel economical performance also improves. So this method can reduce the diesel consumption of the car to a certain degree.
