纳米碳管化学复合镀层摩擦磨损行为 被引量:3

Friction and wearing behavior of electless composite carbon nanotube coating

摘要 为了进一步提高Ni-P合金镀层的耐磨性,采用化学镀方法使纳米碳管与镍磷在45#钢上共沉积制得纳米碳管耐磨复合镀层。结果表明:纳米碳管已均匀镶嵌在镍磷晶胞上,在干摩擦条件下,纳米碳管复合镀层的耐磨性明显优于纳米碳化硅复合镀层,更优于普通镍磷镀层,并对纳米碳管复合镀层的磨损机理进行了研究。 To improve the tribological behavior of the Ni-P matrix composite coating, electroless plating is used to make Carbon nanotube and Ni-P matrix composite coating on 45# steel. The result shows: The CNTs inlayed the brilliant afterbirth of Ni-P. Under dry friction condition, the CNTs composite coating bears friction better than SiC composite coating and even superior to the ordinary Ni-P. In addition tribological behavior of electless Ni-P-CNTs composite coating is studied.
