中国农村教育贫困对社会经济和地区发展的影响及对策

Influence of Rural Schooling Poverty in China on Social Economic and Regional Coordination Development and Suggestions

改进的森指数即SST指数在衡量贫困方面具有独特的作用。本文用SST指数考察了我国农村教育贫困的综合程度发现,我国农村劳动力的教育贫困程度呈现明显的下降趋势,但教育分布不均则呈上升趋势,而西部则成为教育最贫困的地区,并在分析了教育贫困的现状和特征对经济和社会发展的影响后,提出了加大教育扶贫力度和提高教育扶贫效率的建议。

This paper discussed the rural laborer＇s schooling poverty of China through SST index. The study shows that comprehensive degree, scope, depth of rural laborer＇s schooling poverty are declining , but state is still serious and disparity of distributing is rising, it also shows that state of West Regions is the greatest serious through the comparing between regions. We should take positive measures to solve this problem.
