摘要
本文对我国最大的油料作物——油菜籽发展概况和面临的供求形势进行描述,并在此基础上利用定量模型对我国油菜籽生产中科技进步贡献率与资源配置状况进行系统分析,揭示了科技进步对油菜籽产量的贡献率低于种植业的平均水平,油菜籽增产中科技含量不足。从资源配置情况看,目前中国油菜籽生产仍是面积扩张型、土地密集型;劳动生产率低下,导致生产成本过高;化肥投入处在边际报酬递增阶段,增施化肥有较大的经济收益。因此,根据上述的分析,可以得出中国油菜籽有着较大的生产潜力。通过有效的政策措施能够提高油菜籽产量,缓解中国油料供应上的压力,减少对进口油脂的依赖。
The dissertation studies from the supply aspect of view, analyzing the variation and characteristics of the yield of Chinese rapeseed. The paper lays emphasis on the situation of technical progress and rational resources allocation in China rapeseed production by means of Cobb-Douglas production function. The results indicated the yield of Chinese rapeseed is still area expansion and land intensive; the labor rate of production is so lowly, causing production cost too high; Increasing amount of fertilizer has economic income. According to above analysis, Chinese rapeseed has the bigger production potential than before. Therefore, we should adopt the positive policy measure, promote valid the supply of Chinese rapeseed industry, reduce to relay on the international grease market.
