阳离子聚合物对混合办公废纸脱墨效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过考察在混合办公废纸(MOW )脱墨过程中添加阳离子聚合物后脱墨分散体系的Zeta电位、接触角、吸光率、透射率等几种参数的变化,探讨了这些参数变化与脱墨浆残余油墨量及白度值的关系。实验结果表明,添加适量的阳离子聚合物对脱墨分散体系中油墨粒子的脱除有促进作用,脱墨体系的Zeta电位、接触角等与脱墨浆的性能之间存在着较好的关联性。3种阳离子聚合物对脱墨浆残余油墨量和白度值的影响程度依次为CPAM >PAC >CS。其中,当添加用量0 0 5 %的CPAM时,残余油墨量减小66 77% ,白度增加5 2个百分点。 In this experiment, some cationic polymers such as cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and cationic starch (CS) were regarded as flocculant to optimize the deinking process of MOW.The main parameters, for example, Zeta potential, contact angle, absorbance and transparence, of deinking system and deinked pulp were mensurated, and the relationship of the charge of those parameters and the amount of residual ink and brightness of the deinked pulp was discussed. The research results showed that an ideal deinking efficiency could be obtained by adding some cationic polymer into the deinking system. Among three cationic polymers, the sequence of influence on the deinking result was CPAM 〉 PAC 〉 CS, with adding condign dosage of CPAM(0.05 % ), the brightness of the deinked pulpcould be increased 5.2 units, and the residual ink particle content of the deinked pulp was reduced by 66.77%.
