汽车用梯度结构过滤纸的研制

Graded Functional Filter Paper for Automobile

分析了我国汽车发动机用过滤纸的市场发展概况。以梯度功能为设计思想提出并制备了具有梯度结构的过滤纸。对梯度结构过滤纸的结构优势进行了理论分析,同时运用扫描电子显微镜、库尔特孔径仪、激光共聚焦扫描显微镜结合图像分析技术对自制的梯度结构过滤纸的结构进行了研究。

The market of filter paper used for automobile in China was analyzed in this paper. Based on the concept of graded functional material, the graded functional filter paper （FGFP） was proposed to meet the demands of high quality filter paper in China. The advantage of FGFM was analyzed theoretically. And the structure of FGFP was studied by SEM, CLSM and Coulter Porometer. In addition, the main properties of FGFP were compared with several commercial filter papers. The results showed that the filter paper prepared in our lab had graded functional structure, and its overall properties were suoerior to those commercial products.
