摘要
首先通过物元分析建立了一种面向结构-功能-原理三视图的产品族基本物元模型;在此基础上,利用物元的发散性、可扩性、共轭性、相关性等特点,实现了产品族的拓展,从而形成产品族的可拓物元集合,并将产品族的基本物元模型进一步扩展至产品族可拓物元模型;最后以电除尘器阴极系统为例,分别建立了产品族的一般模型与可拓物元模型.比较分析说明,产品可拓物元模型大大提高了产品族模型的规范化和可重用性.
At first, a basic matter-element product family is built with the classical triple-view. Then, by using the extensibility of matter-element such as dispersing, expendability, conjugacy and correlation, the product family extension set is established. Accordingly the basic matter-element product family expands to the extension matter-element product family. At the end, an example of cathode system of electrostatic precipitator under the new architecture is given to illustrate relevant enable technologies for the matterelement methods mentioned. The standardization and reusability of the product family are enhanced by contrasting the new matter-element model with the generic model of product family.
