摘要
论述了数控弯管加工过程仿真中的几项关键技术,建立了系列数控弯管机床的总体仿真模型,给出了仿真指令的定义和描述导管中心线的分段有理二次Bézier参数曲线方程表示,实现了弯管加工过程仿真中导管的动态成形.最后提出了一种弯管加工过程的碰撞干涉检验算法.
This paper discusses some key technologies on tube bending simulation, and establishes an integrated simulation model of the series tube bending machines. The definition of NC instructions and rational quadratic Bézier curve representation describing tube centerline are given, and the real-time dynamic modeling of tubes is also realized. Finally, a collision and interference detection method during the tube bending simulation is proposed.
