中药蓬莪术化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Curcuma phaeocaulis Valeton

对产于四川的姜黄属植物蓬莪术Curcuma phaeocaulisValeton化学成分进行了研究,从中分离纯化得到5个化合物,利用理化数据测试和波谱技术分析并与文献对照,确定其结构分别鉴定为莪术酮、莪术烯醇、异莪术烯醇、吉马酮、β-谷甾醇。

Five compounds were isolated from Cnreuma phaeocaulis Valeton of Xiansen Company in Sichuan province. Their chemical structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with the datareported in literature as curzerenone, curcumenot, isocurcumenol, germacrone and β-stosterol.
