摘要
利用正交设计法优选紫草多糖的提取工艺。实验结果表明,紫草多糖超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间为0.5h,提取次数为3次,固液比1∶12。最佳工艺条件具有重现性、可靠性。
The extract method of Arnebia euchroma polysaccharides was studied with orthogonal design in this paper. The results showed that the optimal conditions were that the time of ultrasonic extraction was 0.5 h, 3 times, the rate of solid and liquid was 1： 12. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of Arnebia euchroma polysaccharides was high.
