脑立轻胶囊提取工艺的优选

摘要 目的:优选脑立轻胶囊提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:用正交设计法以方中君药葛根药材的主要成分葛根素的含量为指标,对其乙醇渗漉工艺及醇沉工艺进行筛选。结果:优选出脑立轻胶囊乙醇渗漉及乙醇沉淀工艺,重复实验结果满意。结论:脑立轻胶囊乙醇渗漉工艺最佳工艺条件为A2B1,C1D3即:取药材润湿6 h,用8倍量的70%乙醇,以1 m l/m in的流速渗漉;醇沉工艺最佳工艺条件为A2B2C2,渗漉液浓缩1∶1,调60%乙醇醇沉18 h。 Objective: To select a best condition of the extraction of Nat Li Qing capsules. Methods: The processes alcohol-extracted and alcohol-settled was conducted and investigated by testing the concentration of Puerarin as an index with the way of orthogonal design. Results: The best condition of processes alcohol-extracted and alcohol-settled of Nat Li Qing Capsules was acquired with a satisfactory result when it repeated, Conclusion :The seepage efficiency of A2B1C1 D3 by alcohol is the best condition, which the soaking time was 6 hours with the seepage speed at 1ml per minute by 8 times amount of alcohol(70%) ;the best alcohol-settled condition was A2B2C2, in which the seepage solution has been extracted at the level of 1.1 (solution:drug) for 18 hours hv the method of 60% alcohol settling.
