摘要
介绍可拆卸式卫燃带的组成,其中T形定位钢直接焊接在水冷壁管的鳍片上,依靠水冷壁管中的工质对其进行冷却;陶瓷隔热板为铝基(Al2O3)微孔陶瓷隔热板,其密度可根据用户要求在1.0~3.0间进行选择,隔热板的最大平面尺寸可达0.5mm×0.5mm。这种陶瓷板卫燃带避免了销钉式卫燃带中的销钉焊接可能对水冷壁管造成的机械损伤,当锅炉煤种变化很大时,可在锅炉小修期间通过增减隔热板的数量快速调整卫燃带的面积。安装与运行实践表明,可拆卸式陶瓷隔热板安装简单、施工时间短、运行可靠。
The detachable heat-insulation layer on furnace waterwall consists of ceramic heat-insulation board and T-steel structure welded directly on the fin of the water tube and cooled by the water. The heat-insulation board is Al2O3-based and with a density range of 1.0-3.0 according to the requirement of customers, besides, the maximum plane dimension of the board can be up to 0.5 mm×0.5 mm. Compared with the pin heat-insulation layer, the detachable heat-insulation can avoid potentially mechanical damage to the water resulted from the welding of pins. In addition, the total heat-insulation area can be adjusted easily by adding or removing the boards during boilers' hah when type of coal varies a lot. The installation and operation experiences show that the detachable heat-insulation layer is easy to install and of less construction period and more reliable performance.
