摘要
采用曝气槽实验装置对含表面活性剂(LAS)40~300mg/L,COD 1200~11000mg/L的洗毛废水进行了60d的连续活性污泥启动期模拟实验.探讨了容积耗氧速率(KO),污泥耗氧速率(ΨO)和MLSS等参数对污泥的生物絮凝速率及污泥的生物活性的影响.研究表明,生物絮凝促进胶体向污泥的聚集,使出水保持了COD 250±50mg/L的稳定状态;在线DO的消耗呈直线性,生物絮凝未对COD的降解速率产生明显影响.
Adopting on experimental apparatus with aeration tank and wool washing wastewater containing LAS 40- 300mg/L, COD 1200-11000mg/L, the activated sludge starting period simulating test was made continuously for 60d. The influence of volumetric oxygen consumption rate (Ko), sludge oxygen consumption rate (Ψo) and MLSS parameters on the bio-flocculation rate and bioactivity of sludge was explored. The bio-flocculation promoted the aggregation of colloids to the sludge, thus, the effluent was maintained in steady state of COD250 ±50mg/L; the on-line DO consumption appeared lineadty; the bio-flocculation had no obvious influence on the COD removal rate.
