中国地区间收入差距问题的模型分析

A Model Analysis of the Regional Income Disparities in China

从统计数据看,中国各地区间收入存在较大差距。这个问题可以通过设计一个关于地区间收入差距的模型来解释。在这个模型中,我们假设有两个地区,这两个地区只有一个行业,并假设资本不能进行地区间的相互流动,从而表示出两个地区间的人均收入差距。于是就有了地区间人均收入差距形成的原因及消除地区间收入差距的条件。分析结果表明:地区间的禀赋差距和劳动力缺乏流动是中国地区间收入差距产生的主要原因;政府的转移支付和劳动力的自由流动,对消除地区间的收入差距有着十分重要的意义。

It is obvious from the statistical data that regional income disparities are serious in China. This problem could be explained by a regional disparity model particularly designed. And we may then assume that there were two regions, each of which has only one industry. And we assume that the capital could not flow in between. Thus we obtain the expression of the regional per capital income disparity. The analysis shows that it is factor endowment disparities and the lack of labor mobility that are the main reasons for regional disparities. So the government shift payment and the labor mobility are of extremely importance in reducing regional disparities.
