摘要
用白皮粉与四羟甲基氯化(THPC)反应,研究了THPC与皮胶原的反应性。试验分别采用聚己内酰胺、聚乙烯醇、乙二胺,模拟胶原的酰胺基、羟基、氨基与THPC反应,研究其结合点。结果发现:THPC主要与胶原的氨基发生交联,与羟基和酰胺基在pH≥6和pH≥4时均有结合,但结合量均较氨基少。试验还发现,起交联作用的主要是四羟甲基氢氧化(THPOH)或三羟甲基(THP)或其混合物。
Polycaprolactam, poly vinyl alcohol and ethylenediamine were used as the substitutes of amido, hydroxy and amino groups of hide collagen reacted with THPC to study the tanning mechanism of tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium chloride. It was found that tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium mainly linked with amino groups of collagen and less with hydroxy groups and amido groups. The combination capacity of tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium with hydroxy groups and amido groups changed with pH and at pH 8 it reached the maximum. It was also found that THPOH or THP or the mixture of them was the effective crosslinking agents and THPO was not reactive with hide collagen.
