8例肝移植患者术后脑血管并发症的原因分析及护理对策 被引量：10

摘要 报告了8例肝移植患者术后发生脑血管并发症的原因分析及护理对策。认为主要原因为:血流动力学改变;凝血功能异常;术后抗排斥药物浓度异常等。本组术后密切观察病情变化,严密监测生命体征,及时发现临床症状的改变;注意有效预防感染,严格保护性隔离措施;加强心理护理,做好护患沟通。虽经积极诊断和抢救,本组转归均不佳,6例死亡,2例自动出院。8例均未出现护理并发症。
