摘要
采用电光调Q Nd∶YAG经KTP晶体倍频得到0.532μm的激光,泵浦非临界相位匹配的MgO∶LiNbO3晶体。当光学参量振荡器(OPO)的输出镜采用对剩余泵浦光高反的腔镜时,泵浦阈值有明显的降低,转换效率提高了2个百分点。
A temperature tunable infrared optical parametric oscillator (OPO) based on MgO:LiNbO3 crystal pumped by an electro-optically Q-switched Nd:YAG laser with frequency-doubling crystal KTP is discussed. The OPO crystal is non-critically phase matched. When the output mirror with high reflection at the pump wavelength is used, the threshold value is lowed clearly, and the conversion efficiency is improved by 2 percent.
