摘要
用气体蒸发的方法在蓝宝石和ZnS基片上制备了InSb纳米颗粒膜样品。激光拉曼光谱的测量结果表明,在两种基片上InSb纳米晶样品的拉曼谱变化不大,说明InSb纳米颗粒的形成过程不因基片的不同而改变;同时还可以看到,InSb纳米颗粒膜的拉曼光谱特征峰与其体材料有显著不同,并且随着其颗粒尺寸的减小发生显著的蓝移。
We hare got nanometer-sized InSb particle films deposited on the sapphire and ZnS substrates by using the method of evaporation in gas. The almost same Raman spectrums of the two kinds substrate show that the forming process of nano-crystals can not be changed with different kinds of substrate. Raman spectroscopy strongly suggests that the eigen pink of nano-crystals is different from the bulk InSb material, and with the simple size decreasing, the pink exhibits a blue shift.
