摘要
在大截面传像束前置光学系统设计中,采用'负-正'型式的像方远心光路结构,在像差校正过程中引入标准二次曲面和偶次非球面,能很好地解决镜头轴外像差校正与像面照度均匀性问题,同时使镜头结构紧凑、小型化.通过理论计算和ZEMAX光学软件的优化,给出工作波长0.8~1.1μm,焦距5mm,相对孔径为1:3.8,光学长度为47.5mm,视场角为60°的镜头设计实例.对设计结果的分析表明,该镜头在31lp/mm空间频率处的MTF值超过0.78,像质优良.
To make the lens small in size, compact in structure, and to make the illumination at its image plane even as well, the front lens is designed with “negative-positive” telecentric structure in the image space and aspheric surface. The result of design is shown with calculation and optimization of optical design software ZEMAX, whose operating wavelength, focal length, angle of view, relative aperture, optical length respectively are 0.8~1. 1μm,5mm, 60°, 1:3.8, 47.5mm. The MTF value of the lens is 0. 78 at the spatial frequency of 31 lp/mm.
