摘要 不同蛋白源 (喷雾血浆蛋白粉、喷雾血球蛋白粉与代乳粉)用在哺乳仔猪 (7~30日龄)的开食料中,对仔猪的黄白痢发病率、成活率、增重与料肉比等生产性能有影响.结果表明:(1)试1组试猪黄白痢发病率比试2组与对照组分别低14.3与26.8个百分点; (2)对照组、试1组与试2组组均增重分别为5.42、5.15与5.02 kg,其中对照组与试1组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),与试2组相比差异显著(P<0.05).综合考虑本试验结果,试1组应是最佳试验组,即血浆蛋白粉仍然是最好的仔猪开食料蛋白源;而用国产的代乳粉替代仍不理想. Different protein sources (spray-dried blood plasma albumen powder, spray-dried hemocyte albumen powder and milk substitute) were used in the feed for suckling piglets (age in 7~30 days) , which all influenced the incidence of yellow and white flux, survival rate, gain and feed conversion for piglets. The results indicated : (1) The incidence of yellow and white flux of piglets in test group 1 and 2 was 14.3 and 26.8 percentage points lower than that in control group; (2) The gain of control group, test group 1 and 2 was 5.42, 5.15 and 5.02 kg respectively, of which the difference between control group and test group 1 was not significant (P〉0.05),and the difference between control group and test group 2 was significant (P〈0.05 ). Comprehensive considering these test results, the test group 1 should be optimum, i.e. blood plasma albumen powder should be the best protein source for piglet feed, while the milk substitute produced in the country was still not ideal.
