摘要
采用箱型焊接结构的特大型轴承外圈是某重大工程的关键零件,它的强度、刚度直接关系到整个结构的安全,笔者对其具体结构进行了设计,采用ANSYS软件对其进行了应力应变分析,并对结果进行了评价。结果表明结构设计合理。
The super bearing outer ring is a key part of an important project. Its intensity and rigidity is directly related to the safety of the whole structure. The bearing outer ring adopts the box-type welded structure. In the paper,its specific structure is designed. Moreover,its stress and strain in the most dangerous situation are analyzed with the software ANSYS. The results show that the design is rational.
