摘要
铝合金质量轻、强度高、具有良好的导电性和耐腐蚀性,常作为铜的替代材料广泛用于电气设备中,特别是变电站及发电厂多采用铝合金材料制作大电流母线。利用计算机技术对铝合金母线焊接工艺进行优化选择,开发了铝母线焊接专家系统,以利于制定合理的工艺方案,并保证工艺参数的稳定可靠性,从而提高发电厂运行的安全性。
As the aluminum alloy has the good performance in mechanical behaviour,conductance and corrosion resistance,it always be used in the electric device as the succedaneum of copper. In the field of transformer substation and the power station,this alloy is used widely as the material of large current bar bus. An expert system(ES)is developed to optimize the selection of the welding techniques in the paper. The ES is helpful for improving the quality of welding and guaranting the stability of the techniques parameter,so that the security of power station production is enhanced widely. The interface of the expert system is kind and it is easy to repair and replace for knowledge base.
