加压凝结水回收系统的水力计算方法

摘要 哈尔滨工业大学邹平华王晓霞崔彦枫摘要介绍了根据管路阻抗和各用户凝结水泵特性曲线实现管网流量分配和压力模拟,从而确定各用户凝结水泵工作点的方法。编制了实用计算程序,结合算例模拟了一个用户和多个用户凝结水泵停运对整个管网的影响,结果表明,有用户停运时,未停运用户流量均增大;停运用户与远离热源侧的用户流量变化率较大,且近似相等;靠近热源侧用户流量变化率较小,且变化率从远至近逐渐减小。 Presents the method for simulating the flow distribution and pressure of network and determining the working point of all condensate pumps, according to the friction factor of pipe and the characteristic curves of condensate pump. Develops a programme and simulates with a project example the effect on the whole network when one and a few condensate pumps stopped. The results show that when some pumps are stopped, the flow of the others increase, the change rates of stopped pumps and the pumps far away from the source are larger than others and nearly equal, and those of the pumps close to the source are smaller and gradually decrease from the far end to positions closer to the source.
