摘要
分析研究了95℃/70℃热水供暖系统按平均温度60℃进行管路水力计算的不合理性。计算得到了比摩阻的理论误差:层流区42.56%、临界区-12.77%、湍流光滑区8.51%、湍流过渡区小于8.51%、湍流粗糙区误差可以忽略。给出了湍流区沿程阻力系数绝对误差的计算式。
Analyses the unreasonability of hydraulic calculation based on the mean temperature 60 ℃ in a heating system with 95 ℃/70℃ hot water. Obtains the theoretical errors of specific frictional head loss including 42.56% for laminar flow, -12. 77% for critical area, 8. 51% for turbulence smooth area, smaller than 8. 51% for turbulence transition area and neglectable error for turbulence rough area. Gives a calculation formula of the absolute error of specific frictional head losses.
