摘要
采用高分子表面活性剂对碳化硅进行表面改性制备出了弹性微球复合粒子,降低了微粉的表面能,提高了与金刚石及结合剂的粘结性能,并通过加入柔性剂对不饱和聚酯树脂增韧改性,研制出了UPR玻璃磨边金刚石抛光砂轮。实验证明其抛光效果和使用寿命均达到了同类进口产品的水平,且生产工艺简单,设备投资成本低、无污染。
By using polyacrylic acid as surface active agent, surface modified SiC powder was prepared, which has lower surface energy and improved adhesion to the bond. Diamond polishing wheels were made with diamond powder plus surface modified SiC powder and CeO2 powder, unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) added with stabilizer was used as bond. Glass polishing experiment showed hat thus made diamond polishing wheels have better grinding properties and longer lifespan ( nearly 3 times longer than traditional diamond polishing wheel). The test results also show that the UPR diamond poishing wheel has the characteristics of simple process, hwer cost anti no pollution to environment.
