摘要
《JJF1001—1998通用计量学术语及定义》对测量结果的重复性和复现性作了定义,该定义与ISO等7个国际组织于1993年公布的《国际通用计量学基本名词(第二版)》是一致的。而《ISO 5725—1994测量方法与测量结果的准确度》定义了另外两个术语:重复性限和复现性限。许多标准中常采用《ISO 5725》中的重复性限和复现性限作为重复性和复现性定义,实际检测工作中所遇到的测量结果的重复性或复现性问题,也基本上都是重复性限或复现性限的定义所指的含义。因此,常把《ISO 5725》中的重复性限或复现性限的定义作为重复性和复现性的第二个定义。本文通过分析磨料密度测定结果的重复性和复现性,说明如何分析影响检测结果的主要因素,以及如何评定两次测量结果的重复性和复现性。
Repeatability and reproducibility of measurement results are defined in 《JJF 1001-1998 General Terms in Metrology and Their Definitions》. The definition of the two terms consist with 《 International vocabulary of Basic and General Terms in Metrology, Second edition, 1993, ISO》. The other two terms, namely repeatability limit and reproducibility limit, are defined i n《ISO 5725-1994 Accuracy of measurement methods and results》. The meanings of repeatability limit and reproducibility limit in《ISO 5725》are equal to that of repeatability and reproducibility in many standards. The problems of repeatability and reproducibility of measurement results in real testing work are mainly the implications of repeatability limit and reproducibility limit. For this reason, the definitions of repeatability limit and reproducibility limit in《ISO 5725》 are often taken as tbe second definition of repeatability and reproducibility. This paper presented how to analyze the main factors affecting the results of measurements and how to evaluate the repeatability and reproducibility between two results of measurement by analyzing the repeatability and reproducibility of the results of density determinations of abrasive grains.
