蛤蚧对S_(180)荷肉瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及对免疫系统的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察蛤蚧对S180荷肉瘤小鼠抑瘤效应及免疫功能的影响。方法以S180荷肉瘤小鼠为模型,随机分为6组,分别给予生理盐水、低剂量蛤蚧(浓度为2.4%)、高剂量蛤蚧(浓度为12.4%)、顺铂(腹腔注射)+生理盐水、顺铂(腹腔注射)+低剂量蛤蚧、顺铂(腹腔注射)+高剂量蛤蚧灌胃。小鼠皮下接种S180肉瘤后24h开始灌胃给药(0.4ml/d),连续10天,停药后次日处死小鼠,观察对小鼠生命延长时间、瘤重变化、抑瘤率及对脾脏重量、脾指数、淋巴细胞转化率变化的影响。并对瘤组织及脾组织进行病理学检查。结果蛤蚧各组与顺铂+生理盐水组小鼠比较:①生命明显延长;②瘤重减轻,抑瘤率明显提高;③脾重增高,脾指数明显降低;④T、B淋巴细胞增殖显著增强。结论蛤蚧具有抑瘤和有促进S180荷肉瘤小鼠免疫系统增强的作用,且呈剂量依赖性。 Objective To study the tttmor mice. Methods The sarcoma-180 bearing inhibitory effect of Gejie and its effect on the immune system of mice as the animal models were used. The mice were randomly divided into six groups. They were treated with sodium chloride, low dosage Gejie, high dosage Gejie, Cisplatin+chloride, Cisplatin+low dosage Gejie and Cisplatin+high dosage Gejie, respectively. Having been subcutaneously implanted sarcoma-180, mice were given drugs 0.4mg ig.once a day for ten days. On the next day of stopping administration, all mice were killed and tumors and spleens were isolated. The effect of the Gejie was evaluated by the inhibitory rate of tumor, the prolongation of life span rate of the mice, the weight change of their spleens and lymphocyte transformation rate. The tumors and spleens were examined for patholog ic change. Results Compared with the mice in Cisplatin group, Gejie group: ①Life time was obviously extended; ②Tumor weight was less and the inhibitory rate of tumor growth was much higher; ③Spleen weight was higher and the spleen index was obviously reduced; ④T, B lymphocyte transformation rate was enhanced. Condusion ①Gejie has the effect of inhibiting tumor-cell growth and the function has a trend to increase with the increased concentration; ②Gejie can stimulate the mice and this function has a trend to increase with the proliferation of immune organ in sarcoma-180 increased concentration. bearing
